Telephone Tapping Technology

For decades the governments have had telephone tapping technology available to use, but without orders from judges to use the telephone tapping equipment in residential homes, it was considered unconstitutional to do so.

Under extraordinary circumstances of criminal behavior, telephone tapping equipment and telephone tapping devices such as ‘ bugs ' were occasionally used to catch and imprison dangerous offenders.

This has been taken to a ridiculous level, as the President passed his latest bill, making it legal, and standard for American civilian home phones to be tapped with listening devices.

The longer Bush is in power, the more constitutional rights are flatly denied to the public. This is insanity. Mr. Bush, this is not going to get the big bad terrorists any quicker.

One wonders what can the Bush Administration's ulterior motive in using telephone tapping equipment in America 's living rooms be.

The use of telephone tapping technology was invented to be used in a positive way, not to infringe on the personal lives of honest, hard-working Americans. All this shows to the American public is that Uncle Sam controls one more aspect of their lives. But wait a minute-America is a democracy right?

The Bush Administration is starting to look more and more like a dictatorship the longer George W. is in office. The resemblances between the thinking of Dictator Adolf Hitler and President George Bush can certainly be compared. Both had a tendency towards power-happy. Both wanted to use their positions as leaders as leverage in their own personal agendas and both are mass murderers.

In regard to the telephone tapping devices or telephone tapping equipment being placed on America 's home phones, Bush has finally managed to outdo himself.

According to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales said that the President personally blocked Justice Department Lawyers from pursuing an internal probe for information regarding the telephone tapping program that monitors America 's privacy.

Besides the implication that the President has something to hide, he obviously did not want the report released. What else can be said? He made the law.
